DayLight Basement

Welcome to our freshly renovated daylight basement! This is a completely separated space, with its own backyard, entrance/exit etc. My Wife and I live upstairs (Unit A) and this is Unit B, which is a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit totaling ~1250sqft. The primary bedroom has a queen size bed, while the second bedroom has a custom built Full over twin bunk bed style beds which sleeps 3 comfortably. The main living area has a 75" tv The Primary has a 55" tv and the bunk bed room has a 32" tv.

Enjoy a comfortable stay in a private home with no shared interior spaces. The house is clean, quiet, and fully equipped for a relaxing visit. The property also includes a separate studio that may be occupied by other guests. The owner or maintenance team may occasionally be on-site in separate areas. Your living space is fully private, and no one will enter your home during your stay. Outdoor areas may be shared or accessed as needed, but we always respect our guests’ privacy.

DNT’s cozy retreat

We would like to invite you to stay at our lovely home. It has been 90% renovated inside and out, very clean and located in a nice and peaceful neighborhood. There’s plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and shopping malls nearby and we’re only 5 miles from the state fairgrounds. There is a motor home located on site, however it is unoccupied and out of the way. Also there are 2 ring cameras located in the front of the house only for security.

Nyholm Guesthouse 2BR HOT TUB

Welcome to the historic Nyholm Guesthouse, this is the first house ever built in Edgewood by Peter Nyholm in the year 1900. We sit on a 3/4 acre gated property surrounded by maple, fir, and pine trees. When you enter the property you feel like you have entered a hidden paradise. There is a 4 tiered pond with a bench to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water and the birds. Location is ideal for our guests with easy access to all main highways, I-5 and 167.

Gilbert's Cottage - cozy, clean, pet friendly.

Welcome to Gilbert's Cottage! Be our guest for a night or stay longer if you want access to the greater PNW. Our home sits on an acre in the farmland of the Puyallup valley. Check out downtown Sumner or Puyallup main street for boutiques, cafés, pubs, and local breweries. Short drive to the waterfront, grocery stores, farm stands, Washington state fairgrounds and hospitals. Bring your pet to keep you company. Room to park a smaller trailer if needed.

Detached Studio / 1-Night Min / Low Cleaning Fee

Private suite attached to our garage. We are located on a well-maintained 1/2 acre lot by South Hill Mall. Extremely convenient location that feels very private on a dead end road. Kitchen with stove and cooking necessities, a washer/dryer and full closet system. *The shower tilling is due for an update and the bathroom light will only turn on if the main room light is on. There is a lamp that is in there to accommodate this.
