It's found in a Victorian building dated 1888, on a quiet cul-de-sac street only 7 minutes walk from Holyrood Palace. Recently renovated, the flat boasts some of its original features, such as 19th century floorboards, exposed brick walls and a woodburning stove. Decorated with a taste for vintage, it features a main bedroom, box room, open plan kitchen and living room and 1 bathroom.

My Grassmarket apartment is immediately next to Edinburgh Castle (as you can see from the window view), the Royal Mile and the Old Town. The location is ideal for the Festival, Hogmanay and both tourist and business visits. It is well served by both public transport and bus tours.
