The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

This new guest cottage has a King sized bed, as well as a pullout xl twin. The home boasts a large screen tv viewable from every angle, a full sized bath, full kitchen, exquisite outdoor shower, fire pit, full laundry, and all the amenities of home. 10 minutes to Beaufort/Parris isl. Cottage in the Oaks is truly a dream cottage. Our goal was to make this cottage a restful, peaceful home away from home. We are nestled on 2.5 acres with multiple ancient Live Oaks. You will feel as though you are in a country setting but are only a 2 minute drive to the center of Historic Summerville, with multiple choices of restaurants, local shops and of course bars. Play pickleball? We know all the local courts and teams, we are happy to help you find a game!

The Goose Cottage at Wild Goose Flower Farm

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Two can sleep in the queen size bed but the sofa also extends into a queen-sized sleeper. Please reach out with further questions or if you would like to inquire about an extended stay.

Nestled at the end of an avenue of Live Oaks, our lowcountry guesthouse offers a peaceful retreat with all of the modern conveniences. Our property is home to beautiful birds, turkey & deer. We are centrally located with easy access to downtown Charleston, Folly, or the airport in 20 minutes, 20 minutes to Kiawah, Seabrook and Wadmalaw Islands. Dinner nearby at Johns Island restaurants, Wild Olive/Royal Tern, or cook up your own fresh catch of the day!

“Tiny house” nestled on beautiful farm

We are less than 1 mile off of I-95 in the Low Country of South Carolina. Our 62 acre farm is nestled in the “middle of nowhere, but close to every where”. We are located close Beaufort, Charleston and Savannah! Our Tiny House, which used to be our feed shed, offers beautiful scenery from the Red barn, Moss draped Live Oak trees, Pecan Grove, horses, goats, free range donkeys and more. We have a brand new Bathhouse with a full bath. Washer & Dryer too!
