The Garden Folly Guest House

Our architect said, “this is NOT a garage, it’s a Garden Folly!” Our Guest House has a bird’s eye view of the rose covered pecan tree and a vista of the marsh and the Wappoo Creek. When we rebuilt our 1930's garage we saved all the beaded siding and pine floor. My husband enjoyed incorporating many design elements and creative ideas. It was quickly becoming the Taj Garage. We decided it was just the kind of property we enjoy when we travel, so, Voila! we decided to share it with you!

Minutes firm downtown Beaufort, 35 miles from Hilton Head Island, 45 miles from Savannah, GA, 60 miles from Charelston. only minutes from great restaurantes and attractionss like: Hunting Island state park and3 public golf coures. Swimming, fishing, kayaking or canoeing (equipment provided), or just relax on one of the docks or porches. You can do as much or little as you desire.

This tranquil, private, river retreat has incredible views of the marsh and the Beaufort River. Located in popular Pigeon Point, you are just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk to the historic district and downtown Beaufort. Lazy Dog Acres “Mini Suite”

Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac or Isabella (Great Danes)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

The River Girl, Private Dock, Great Outdoor Spaces

The River Girl is located on Johns Island, a beautiful 20 min drive to downtown Charleston, 20 min to Kiawah, & 20 to Folly Beach. We hope this place provides a comfy spot to rest your head at the end of a fun day exploring. We also want you to take advantage of the slow island life! Go crabbing off the dock and cook your supper! Read a book on the back deck & enjoy the breeze. Light a candle, & take a soak in the tub! Just enjoy yourself. Fully updated!

Our guest suite is a second-story suite overlooking old Live Oaks, marshland, and the Ashley River. It is fully furnished with simple modern decor and includes a full kitchen, a separate, private entrance, and a private balcony. The neighborhood is quiet and established and is approximately 6 miles from the historic downtown area of Charleston.
