You are 2 minutes away from coffee shops, amazing restaurants, the beach, the ferry, and more! The rental has everything you will need for up to 4 people to enjoy their trip to Edmonds, Washington. The local transit is one block away. Please note: Unit has a pick-a-boo water views from the front door, and is on top 3rd floor REQUIRING 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS - NO elevator. NO PETS.

The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

Perched just above Picnic Point Lake, descend stairs to the lake waterfront clearing to relax. Our house is unique; the front door has a tree archway, rounded hobbit doors on the side room and front garage. Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
