Little Meadow, Annex

Little Meadow Annex is a private space with kitchen, dining and lounge area, with a double bedroom and an ensuite shower room . It has fabulous views across the Surrey Hills with a private garden area to enjoy with outdoor table and chairs for alfresco dining. There is free parking, with EV charger available at a small charge. We live next door, so can help if needed. It is in the Heart of the Surrey Hills, an area of outstanding natural beauty. We ask guests not to smoke or use sprays

Situated in a quiet, safe, leafy cul-de-sac in Cobham (dubbed UK’s Beverly Hills!) which offers: The Ivy, gastro pubs, boutique shops, Waitrose & more. Driving: 5mins to Oxshott station, 10mins to M25, 20mins to Guildford (or train). Airports: Heathrow (10miles), Gatwick (16miles). Trains to London Waterloo: 35mins.

Set in our tranquil garden, just a five minute walk from the village’s Cafes & shops & Mainline Station (trains direct to Wimbledon, Clapham Junction, London Waterloo & Guildford) & 35 minutes from Heathrow & Gatwick, this is your perfect small but spacious base on the edge of the beautiful Surrey Hills. Everything you need to recharge & reboot after a busy day visiting the numerous local attractions on your doorstep, including RHS Wisley Gardens, West Horsley Place & Grange Park Opera

Lovely, light spacious annex with en-suite shower room. It has a separate entrance and access to a deck. Off street parking is available. Situated in a quiet, tree-lined lane, it is a 5 minute drive to Horsley station which has a direct line into London Waterloo. Lots of lovely restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby for breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s a mini fridge and microwave in the annex. The Annexe is a spacious single storey one bedroom cottage, located adjacent to the owners property and accessed from the shared driveway. With an open plan kitchen/ living room with sofa bed and spacious light bedroom with king size bed and views into the garden, the cottage offers beautiful and tastefully converted accommodation, ideal for couples or a small family. The traditional style bathroom is accessed from the bedroom, with a full size bath and separate shower.
