You are 5 min away from Ovid Square, the most populated area with pubs, terraces and restaurants. Locația este ideală pentru petrecerea concediului la mare fiind situată chiar pe malul marii lângă plajă in cartierul Faleză Nord din Constanța - zona Delfinariu aflata chiar la intrarea in statiunea Mamaia. In timpul perioadei de vară acest cartier devine o zonă turistică de interes datorită pozitiei sale excelente cu acces facil catre toate obiectivele sezonului, chiar lăngă plajele amenajate, baruri, terase si restaurante (renumitul restaurant Reyna se află chiar in fata apartamentului).
