Our secure gated community offers two fabulous swimming pools, a private beach, 18-hole championship golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, and a setting with the sea on one side and mountain peaks on the other. We have many repeat guests -- our clean and cozy home offers the best in solitude and closeness to all San Felipe has to offer. Great restaurants close by, a quant and authentic seafront village, and friendly people.

Ulloa House - 海滨公寓 - 景色优美

Playa Del Paraiso is a Beach Front-high-rise complex near down town San Felipe, next to the Marina. Watch the boats come in by day and the city lights by night. The city can be seen from both bedrooms and living room. The property is guarded for your security. The pool is located right near the walkway to the sand. Building 1 is complete and fully functional, where our unit is. Building 2 is under construction, however, no construction is currently underway. Parking is free. No Pets.
