Esta ubicado a 5 minutos del centro, donde está la zona de bares, copas, restaurantes, supermercado, tiendas, farmacia. El apartamento está a 100m de la renombrada playa del Cabezo, cada año se celebra el campeonato del mundo de windsurf.
