Our family has lived on this gorgeous, treed 5-acre property for over twenty years. Back then we were considered the outskirts of town. Now we have amazing amenities just a couple of miles up the road. We've dreamed of building this guest house for years and are now proud to announce "We're open for business!" Blue Spruce Cabin is one of 6 log homes on almost 9 acres of land. Keithley Pines Cabins were built by Douglass's (the proprietor of the estate) great grandfather in the early 1900's. The location is secluded from the main street, yet close enough to the fun is Manitou Springs.

Enjoy country living in wide open space. Come sit on the porch and soak up sunrise/sunsets. Stargaze the galaxies at night. Comfortable suite for you to enjoy rest, peace and quiet. In inclement weather a 4 WD vehicle is recommended on the 1-1/2 mile dirt road to our place.
