The cozy RV is parked at our house. It has a central A/C and a refrigerated mini split. Behind us are the Franklin mountains, with many hiking and biking trails. This is perfect is you are like to hike, bike or just enjoy nature. There’s enough space to park in the property. We can accommodate for smaller children, just let us know we can turn one of the tables into a bed and add a rail.
