Estancia ubicada dentro de una propiedad privada e independiente, un lugar seguro justo entrando a Apaneca sobre carretera principal accesible a todos los atractivos de la zona, cuenta con 2 camas queen,1 sofá cama, una salita, TV con cable, wifi, baño con agua caliente, cocina tipo chalet equipada con microondas, refri, horno tostador, cocina, cafetera y trastes. además tiene una parrilla afuera y terraza con mesa de madera, hamacas,columpios y fogata. *Personal encargado brinda asistencia.

Cuenta con un DECK iluminado, con reflectores al piso y espacios adicionales. La calle interna es empedrada y con un poco de pendiente. Lo ideal son vehículos 4x4 o 4 x2.

Se cuenta con parqueo hasta 4 vehículos Puede subir carro 4x4 Carro Sedan con las instrucciones siguientes: A)Sube en segunda y Primera B) Baja en segunda y Primera, sin presionar el freno C) hacer tres estaciones por lo menos de 5 a 10 minutos para descansar pastillas de carros y no permitir recalentamiento D) podemos recomendar una empresa de transporte para subir si no cuenta con vehículos de doble tracción

Nuestra Propiedad cuenta con dos casas que comparten 2Mz de terreno, amplios jardines, parqueo privado y estamos situados en el plan de Los Naranjos, muy cerca de restaurantes y negocios locales.
