Spacious kitchen and open concept dining, living room and bar area with plenty of natural light. FREE WIFI, 2 Smart TVs, and Air Conditioning in bedrooms. Bedding configuration is for 10 people in 8 beds: 1 King, 1 Full and 6 Singles. One bedroom/bath in the first floor and 2 bedrooms/bath on the second floor. One of the bedrooms has a 4th bedroom inside of it with a folding door.

Beach getaway right on the beach, with great surfing, restaurants and great beach bars (and only 45 minutes from San Salvador). It has an amazing view, great location, awesome local and expat community, great spots to hang outside of the house, a big patio/gazebo by the pool, multiple hammocks, soothing wave sound and sea breeze, gorgeous tropical light, and the best surfing in the country. New AC installed in Oct. 2023. New refrigerator 2021+ stove 2025. Pool is beautifully redone, April 2024.

This beachfront house, located less than two hours from the El Salvador International Airport, is on a quiet beach where you can enjoy a variety of freshly caught seafood, and hike on a mountainside. Your hammock in the shade, or a sun-denched poolside lounge chair awaits. NO SINGLE NIGHT RESERVATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. A MINIMUM RESERVATION OF TWO NIGHTS IS REQUIRED.
