Elegant, Stylish Art Nouveau Home Besides Old Town Square

Enjoy staying in my beautiful Art Nouveau home built during the 1890s but with all the modern amenities one could wish for. Thoughtfully renovated two-bedroom apartment with large ample rooms featuring historically high ceilings decorated in ornate stucco moldings, queen-size beds, high-speed internet, and a large spacious walk-in rain shower. VIEWS of Charles Bridge and Prague castle

A beautifully reconstructed first fl two-bedroom flat in a 16th century building, the flat is just a wonderful few minutes walk to some of the most interesting sites in Prague, including, the Castle and The Charles Bridge. Cobble-stoned, gaslight, winding streets will charm you. Deep-set windows, thick walls contribute to the ancient romance of this flat. Stunning views of the Charles Bridge from the bedroom and castle from the living room will leave their mark long after you have checked out.

Welcome to our top-notch 2-bedroom serviced apartment in Hamburg-Ottensen, hosted by the legendary Boogie Park Studio - Udo Lindenberg's second home! Accommodating 4 guests, it's just a 10-minute walk to the harbor, train station, Elbe beach, and even the Reeperbahn. Ottensen is one of Hamburg's most beautiful neighborhoods, brimming with lively bars, shops, and a twice-weekly market. Renovated in 2024 we usually use it as artist residence for the studio. From time to time some slots are free.

Our Einfach Minilofts are 23sqm studio apartments ideal for up to 2 people. We have 4 Einfach Apartments which varies in orientation .These lofts have a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a well-equipped kitchenette with a large table for dining or working and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. These apartments have large windows which make the space look really open. The views vary from Besselpark to the north, Fromet-und-Moses-Mendelssohn-Platz in the east, or sunny Berlin rooftops to the south.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

Experience comfort in this cozy Nordic-style apartment, offering 36–38 m² of thoughtfully designed living space. The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a welcoming living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Maximum capacity: 4 people (double sofa bed for 2 guests) For stays of 7 nights or more, weekly housekeeping is included. Additional cleaning services can be booked at an extra cost.
