Located at the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon, just off the intersection of HWY 6 and 1-15 (common routes to Utah's awesome National Parks), and 20 minutes south of the Provo Airport, it's a great place to stop and rest on your way to or from your adventure trip. Enjoy a quiet suite adjacent to a park with a walking path, picnic tables, a playground, and scenic views of the surrounding mountains.

Plus, Sundance Ski Resort is only 21 miles away, making this the perfect base for adventure and relaxation. (Please remember that this is a basement apartment that has a small family living upstairs.)

Come reset in nature, relax by the fire pit and watch the sun set, ride our mtn bike flow trail (beginner/intermediate/expert level) or better yet, test your skills on our 9 hole disc golf course! Cozy non smoking or vaping Studio apartment located above our detached garage. Kitchenette, big screen TV with cable, and WIFI. I have 1 king size bed and 1 sofa sleeper, So you can sleep 4 people, two in the bed and two on the sofa hid a bed. We are Located in a quiet rural farming community about 30 minutes South of Provo Utah. Beautiful Mountain View with Easy access to the Freeway . We have a Convenient BBQ area with a pergola and mood lighting for a relaxing night setting.

Only 5 minutes off I-15, our suite offers a perfect scenic location! This spacious (720 square feet) suite is super clean with a "fresh" feeling. The kitchen is large and well equipped so you might opt to prepare meals right here. The bathroom has recently been remodeled and the king size bed offers a comfortable night's sleep. Outdoors we offer a bbq and patio furniture for sitting outside and enjoying the mountain air. Just a 5 minute walk and you'll be in Santaquin canyon.

Our cozy 2-bedroom, walkout basement apartment is nestled along the foothills of the Santaquin Mountains and offers an amazing view of the Utah Valley. It's very conveniently located, only 0.5 miles from the I-15 freeway entrance and only 5 miles from the Payson UT Temple! This family-friendly space has a full kitchen, a washer/dryer unit, and backyard access. Within a few minutes' drive, you'll have multiple options for food, shopping, and outdoor adventures!

Large pantry holds extra cookware, appliances, and room for storage. A gas range is ideal for those who will be cooking during their stay. A view of Mt. Nebo out the living room window draws hikers to short hikes such as The Grotto.
