NEW UPGRADES: roof, generator, water system, two bikes. Spinnaker Point is situated in the private Great Abaco Club which adjoins Abaco Beach Resort. This waterway community has easy access to the Sea of Abaco for excellent fishing. 3 Bedroom/3 Bath spacious floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room with all the modern conveniences. Also, there is a 50 ft lay along private dock space on the protected waterway. NOTE: Home is located on an island improving from Hurricane Dorian.

The perfect spot to lose yourself as you look out to the beautiful calm waters of the sea of Abaco and sandy Windward Beach. Hop on your boat from our dock to explore all that the Abaco islands have to offer. 2200 sqft w/open-air porch to relax and enjoy a morning cup or an evening cocktail. The master suite opens onto the relaxing waterfront porch. Steps away is a private outdoor shower. Paddle board less than one minute to the secluded beach for lounging and taking in amazing sunsets.

Welcome to our little slice of heaven, located on Eastern Shores. Named for its' "Tucked In" feel, you will think you are floating on water when you wake up each morning in our studio-style cottage that can sleep up to 4, with a queen bed and pullout couch. Park your boat up to 40’ on the private dock or take the ferry to surrounding islands. Or just relax, enjoy the kayak or swim in the crystal clear waters of the Bahamas. The airport, grocery store and restaurants are just 15 minutes away

Las Olas- oceanside cottage 2BR w/option of 3BR

Escape to your own little slice of paradise in this charming Oceanside cottage just steps from the water. After a day in the sun, cool off in your private plunge pool or relax outside as the sun sets. When night falls, enjoy stargazing under the open sky. Evenings here are just as special as the days. This cozy cottage offers the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and make unforgettable memories. We also offer our "snore box", a cozy detached 1 BR with bunkbeds, for an additional fee.

Halcyon House overlooks the turquoise waters and beautiful sunsets located on Lubbers Quarters. Very secluded with no neighbors in sight of the home. This 3-bed, 2-bath home has large covered decks overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Upstairs there is a 1/1 with the open living offering addition sleep quarters, the dining and kitchen area, plus 1/1 on lower level that also looks out to the Ocean. Shared dockage adjacent the house. Only accessible by boat. We can arrange drop off and pickup.

We are located on the oceanside of the settlement , just down the beach from Nipper's Beach Bar and Grill. There are three Condo's in this building, two oceanfront and one garden front.
