The primary features a king bed and the secondary bedroom has two single beds. Large kitchen and tons of great outdoor space including a large fenced-in backyard and spacious decks as well as a fire pit and a covered BBQ space. There is also covered parking for one vehicle as well as space for up to 4 cars.

Amazing views from this home from almost every spot. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. We are located 11.7 miles from Batesville and the beautiful White river! Just minutes from the Batesville Motor Speedway and just a short Drive to Heber springs and Mountain View.
