“St Geneva” River View-10 min to Lamplight Eqst.

Welcome to "St. Geneva"! I call it that because of the home's ideal location between 2 gorgeous and quaint towns-St. Charles and Geneva. Between the two towns there's plenty of shopping and night life to be had. The home is located along The Fox River. Just cross the two way street to access miles of biking/walking trails. Feel free to trolley my 2 kayaks over to the launch just a couple blocks away. Walk to the farmer’s market for fresh food to prepare in the fully equipped kitchen.

Sip morning coffee or a glass of wine in the sunlit kitchen or front porch, fire up the backyard grill for a barbecue. Soak in the award winning Chicago ceramic artist designed and made floor in the bathroom. Close to Northwestern, Chicago, Lake Michigan, everything Evanston offers.

Quaint Bungalow, near Great Lakes Naval Base

This cozy bungalow is located 41 miles north of Chicago; 60 miles south of Milwaukee, WI; and just 12 miles west of Great Lakes Naval Base. Nearby train stations make Chicago just a 45-minute train ride away. O'Hare Airport is a 30-40 minute commute from our home. Additional nearby sites include Great America, and shopping venues--from outlet malls in Gurnee and Kenosha, to quaint downtowns, like Libertyville. Location makes this home an ideal venue for Midwest sightseeing.

Charming in-law suite w/ use of deck and yard

Charming home in Highland Park. The space is my in-law suite which is in the lower level of my home and has its own full size kitchen and bathroom. We live up-stairs with our 3 little dogs so we will be available if you need anything during your stay. The in-law suite is set up like a studio and has one queen bed,a separate closet area and laundry. Please note- the suite is in the basement, but there is natural light. You have shared use of the deck/yard if desired.

a SIMPLE place

Booking the entire house with 100% privacy. It has 2 driveway parking spaces and street parking. Garage may be available. CHECK-IN and OUT are flexible. I set checkout at 11am (text me if you need late checkout). The space is perfect for a family of 4. It is located about 20 minutes from O'Hare airport and 40 minutes from Chicago downtown. Infants and pets are welcome (please text me for over size pets or more than 2 pets) Play pan is available upon request.

This cozy house is set in a quiet and safe neighborhood in DeKalb IL, it has plenty of sunlight, comfortable furniture, high speed internet and TV., your pet will love our big back yard!, there is a park across the street and trails at walking distance. We are five minutes away from NIU and downtown DeKalb, and also very close to supermarkets, restaurants and coffee.

Upstairs get-away!

Bright upstairs apartment close to downtown, river, bike path, and parks in quiet and safe neighborhood. You are only blocks from coffee shops, shopping, dining and night life. Walking distance to live shows at the Arcada Theater. Just a short 9 minute drive to Q center.

Serene private upstairs coach house unit within walking distance to Chicago metra rail system and historic downtown Wheaton. Full kitchenette, bath, fireplace, wi-fi and separate bedroom and pull out couch. Ideal for visiting Wheaton college families.
