Step out onto the famous 'Fife Coastal Path' and explore miles of walking tracks. Being perfectly positioned in between St Andrews and the beautiful 'East Neuk'; it's the ideal base to discover all Fife has to offer - world class golf, sandy beaches, delicious local food, and lots of fresh sea air! (sorry, no pets.)

Eastburn: Gorgeous 2-bed cottage near St Andrews

Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cartshed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage (the one on the right) with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable.

This cottage is in the heart of the most beautiful seaside village in Scotland and is 2 minutes from the Beach, fabulous Elie Deli and Ship Inn. Fully restored in 2024 and filled with gorgeous vintage inspired furniture and soft furnishings. Everything you need to make your stay special. The cottage has a glass balcony. The Puffin Burrow, North Berwick Beachside

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. The modern bathroom is fully tiled with a bath and shower and there is another separate loo. The open plan modern kitchen and sitting room are complete with wood-burning stove and have views of the sea including the Bass Rock and Craigleith Island.
