This seafront 1700`s cottage, recently renovated to a very high standard, sits in the picturesque fishing village of St, Monans. Other East Neuk villages and historic St.Andrews easily reached by local buses. Perfect for a couples` romantic getaway, although sofabed allows for two more guests. Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

Just 100m from Elie's famous Ship Inn and beach. It is the perfect base in Elie with the beach, shops, restaurants, watersports, golf & tennis. Small garden in which to soak up the sun and enjoy the sea air, outside heated bath. The house is on one level (with a few steps up to the front door) with on street parking. Allow 1 pet. Bedroom layouts: Room 1 - queen bed, ensuite Room 2 - twin beds Room 3 - twin beds, Room 4 - twin beds (accessed from room 3)

The Cupboard is a beautiful tiny weavers cottage, dating from circa 1850. It has been completely renewed internally in 2019. The new high-spec interior - with vaulted roof space - comprises an open plan living area with a wood burner and clever little kitchen corner, luxurious mezzanine sleeping gallery, funky bunk room, and stylish shower room. Little luxuries include Smart Tv with Netflix, WiFi, Alexa box, and Nespresso coffee maker.

Perfect for a couple with a kid, or 2 friends ( the ladder to the mezzanine is a bit steep ) A wooden stove is there to warm up winter evenings. You will enjoy Crail and its surroundings, as we are in the heart of the village.
