Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στο Κάτω Σαμικο, πολύ κοντά στα ιαματικά λουτρά, τη λίμνη του Καιάφα, και στη θάλασσα. Μια όμορφη τοποθεσία για ήρεμες οικογενειακές διακοπές ή διακοπές με φίλους. Υπάρχουν παρα πολλές επιλογές για καθημερινές βόλτες/εκδρομές σε τοποθεσιές όπως η Αρχαία Ολυμπία, ο Ναός του Επικούριου Απόλλωνα, οι καταρράκτες της Νέδας, το δρυόδασος της Φολόης και πολλα άλλα. Το σπίτι έχει τρια ανεξάρτητα διαμερίσματα και είναι ιδανικό και για φίλους ή οικογένειες που θέλουν να μείνουν μαζί.

Διαφυγή στη φύση.

Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Καθώς το κατάλυμα ειναι μόλις 11 χλμ. μακριά από την πόλη Πύργος, 10 χλμ. από την τουριστική περιοχή Αρχ. Ολυμπία και άλλα 10 χλμ. από την παραλία του επιταλίου. Οι κάτοικοι στο χωριό είναι φιλόξενοι, ενώ υπάρχουν και επιλογές για φαγητό, ποτό ή καφέ σε καταστήματα μερικά μέτρα από το σπίτι. Είναι κατάλληλο για ένα διάλειμμα από την καθημερινότητα, κοντά στη φύση και στην ζεστασιά του χωριού.
