Hidden houses, private beach access and sea view on the Ionian Sea. Genari Beach Apartments is situated in a private vineyard. It overlooks the bay of the Ionian Sea with spectacular views to the sea, to the foreshores of Kyllini and on a clear day to the islands of Zakynthos and Kefallonia. The property is situated in Western Peloponnese, in the prefecture of Ilia, 5.5 km from the picturesque fish village of Katakolon and 32km from Ancient Olympia, the birthplace of the ancient Olympic Games.

Ενα ησυχο μερος για χαλαρωση. Πολυ καλη χρηση κλιματιστικων με ψυξη - θερμανση απο -15 εως 45βαθμους.το ποταμάκι έχει 8 μήνες το χρόνο νερο και δίνει μια άλλη εστιση ηρεμίας! Το κατάλυμα υπόκειται σε κρατικό φόρο ( τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) ο οποίος είναι από Απρίλιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο 15 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση .λογο ότι είναι πάνω από 80τμ και τούς χειμερινούς μήνες είναι 4 ευρώ. η καταβολή του μπορεί να γίνει είτε κατά την άφιξη του επισκέπτη με μετρητά η στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του καταστήματος.

Το studio μας, 45τ.μ. που βρίσκεται στον 2ο όροφο, αποτελείται από έναν ενιαίο χώρο και μια όμορφη μεγάλη βεράντα... Είναι ένα κομψό και καλαίσθητο διαμέρισμα, φτιαγμένο με πολύ μεράκι και χαρά για να ικανοποιήσει τις ανάγκες των επισκεπτών μας στο κέντρο της πόλης. Απέχει μόλις 300μ. από την κεντρική πλατεία-αγορά. Κοντά στο διαμέρισμα υπάρχουν σουπερμάρκετ, φαρμακεία, καφετέριες και ότι άλλο χρειάζεστε. Η Αρχαία Ολυμπία είναι σε απόσταση 20χλμ και το λιμάνι του Κατακόλου μόλις 10χλμ.

The Fairytale

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στα 50 μέτρα από την θάλασσα και στα 100 μέτρα από την εθνική οδό για γρήγορη πρόσβαση στη πόλη της Πάτρας με την χρηση αστικής συγκοινωνίας προαστιακού η με το αυτοκίνητο. Επίσης στα 150 μετρά υπάρχει κρεοπωλείο φούρνος και μίνι μάρκετ για την κάλυψη των αναγκών σας. Υπάρχουν σε περιφραγμένο χώρο κότες και κουνελάκια. Το σπίτι προσφέρεται για ήσυχες και ευχάριστες διακοπές. -Το αεροδρομιο του αραξου βρισκεται 30 λεπτα απο το χωρο διαμονης.

Katerina's home is a house, which you can enter from the national road ''Patras - Pyrgos''. It has got a huge garden with many trees and the big variety of flowers and plans. Also, it is near in Amaliada, a city, as well as many beaches such as Kourouta, Marathia and Palouki.There is a cyclist road for bike lovers. You can hiking in Marathia's forest and drink coffee in Kourouta's coffee shops too.

Απέχει, δε, 2χλμ από το λιμάνι του Κατακόλου
