Sitting less than 30-feet from the sandy bottom of Bass Lake, this house is a charmer in all seasons. In the winter months, enjoy snowshoeing across the lake and come home to a cozy fire. Not to mention, it's only 15 minutes away from Short's Brewery in Bellaire. Unit 121 is located on the second floor and there is not an elevator. This is a one room hotel-like unit. You can sleep four — two on a foldout and two on a queen bed — in the same room. Private bathroom. Very close to the ski hills.

Newly updated downtown Elk Rapids rental, the house is less than a block to the beach and to Veterans' Memorial park. Memorial Park features basketball courts, tennis, a huge playground for kids, and all the great traits of a beach park. The three-bedroom house sleeps 10 and is a quick 2-block walk to downtown dining, shopping, and water sports. Outside, a huge corner lot with gas grill and yard games perfect for outdoor entertaining.

My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
