Modern Minimalist Tiny House | Firepit | Nature

Welcome to our modern minimalist tiny house located a half mile from Warren Dunes State Park beach and 1.5 miles from all that Sawyer Michigan area has to offer. Tiny is the second dwelling on this property and is technically a mobile tiny house. While we do have electricity and water, much like an RV the drains run to holding tanks. This means VERY LIMITED WATER USE for showers and toilet flushing. It features a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, and a queen bed in the small loft.

The Serenity Suite

The Serenity Suite is one of two listings to accommodate guests. This suite is a 230 sq ft. tiny house studio apartment created in 2022. A kitchen island with 2 barstools is in the center of the space. This can be used as a sit down eating spot or a dedicated workspace. The 3/4 bath boasts up to date accessories and soft, thirsty towels. Please check out our Whispering Pines listing for a more spacious area. Peach Beach is a charming, 100 yr old fishing cottage. Dogs welcome, but there is a dog fee. Across the street from Simonton Lake and includes lake access with kayaks during the Summer months. Lots of light and beachy decor, wifi, outdoor bbq (Summer Only)with big back yard. Maximum 2 vehicles. No pier access. Just swimming or launching kayaks.
