Newly renovated home with luxury amenities located in the center of Troutman but secluded in woods. House has been fully renovated w/ new flooring, cabinets, beds & more. We pride ourselves in using very comfortable beds, pillows, sheets & towels. We stock home w/ as many luxuries as possible to blow away any hotel. 2 Roku TV's, 6 beds (2 queen & 4 twin beds) that sleep 8. Washer/Dryer, fully stocked kitchen (full size fridge) 200 mb internet. Small stocked pond next door available for fishing!

The main bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bathroom is also located on the main floor. The upstairs loft is great for younger travelers and features a full mattress on the floor. The guest house has a double bed with a twin trundle, and another full bathroom. There is boat ramp access and a dock for swimming. A beautiful and relaxing retreat!

The Cabin and surrounding area lend itself to reading, napping, watching TV or just a place for the Traveler who wants to explore the Blue Ridge Mountains and Beyond…It has All the Amenities of a Regular Home. Calm, Clean, Safe & completely remodeled 1 bed room home. King size bed. House has sleeper sofa and a small study nook. (Ideally for two). Relaxing back porch. Kitchen has an island with 2 stools all modern look. House has Wifi, Netflix, Hulu and Disney channels. This is a very small home 6ft low shower. with great quality items. Nice place to relax. Perfectly centered 5 min drive to lake, or LR University, 10 min to Downtown Hickory. 11 min to I-40. Pots, Plates, Appliances.
