Completely renovated, this lovingly designed, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,000 sq. ft. cottage - filled with natural light - offers a cozy, elegant vacation and features an office area with a very comfy pull-out memory-foam, queen couch-bed for the 3rd bedroom. (Extra Cleaning Fee of $100 when office converts to bedroom.) Located lakefront just 1 mile from Chautauqua Institution, the home has a dock at the end of its lawn. Enjoy spectacular views downstairs and from the master bedroom.

Small cottage ( app. 400 sq ft ) on large lake front parcel. The rental is the rear cottage with very nice lake front view, quiet neighborhood and large yard. Two miles to Bemus point where there are several restaurants and a grocery store. Chautauqua county voted best small golf town by golf digest. National comedy center in Jamestown. Boat rentals near by. Guests have outdoor dining area and a fire pit. There is a large supply of fire wood also. Chautauqua institution 7 minutes.
