Forest Retreat, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake.

Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Grill and picnic table on back deck then enjoy s'more at the fire ring. Lots of wildlife to observe and beautiful sunsets! Plenty of parking for boats and snowmobiles.

Trail's End, on Main Street, Bemus is literally at the end of the snowmobile trail and at The Bridge entrance for I-86. Perfect for 4 people, it offers a private bedroom with queen bed and in the living area two more queen Serta deluxe futons for two other guests. We also welcome your fur family! :) Included is our popular, homemade breakfast sandwiches delivered for each guest to your private apartment to enjoy with your stocked coffee bar. Free parking for the sleds/trailer of our guest.

1 bedroom apartment on 1st floor with full kitchen and bath. Queen bed & sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 4. Walking distance to Downtown Jamestown. Available short term or discounted weekly/monthly rates. Pets welcome with a fee, see 'other notes'. Free street parking. There are residents living in other apartments in the building, all friendly and quiet. The building is over 100 years old so it's not modern or fancy, just comfortable and affordable if that's what you're looking for.
