Custom-Cozy-Secluded Cabin by Resorts-Hot Tub/Pets

Custom built private cabin in the countryside and not even a mile to the village. The cabin is three total floors including a walk out basement with more space for gear and pets and a fenced in backyard for dogs. Large bonfire pit with plenty of outdoor furniture and a 7 person outdoor hot tub. Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms with an open concept floor plan. Short driveway off of a paved road, huge wrap around deck and gorgeous views. Very closeto resorts and a two minute drive to the village

This private space is quietly tucked away in a stand of pines in the woods alongside Bryant Hill Creek. A wall of windows brings nature and natural light pouring into the space, and a fully-equipped kitchen and European bathroom provide modern comfort. Less than 4 miles outside of E-ville, it comfortably sleeps 2 adults and offers a chic and romantic setting for a couple to hide away with easy access to downtown. 4x4 a must in the snow, or simply park at the foot of the driveway. Cozy, semi off-grid cabin on thirteen acres of private woods with a lake view. Quiet and peaceful yet only 3 miles from all of the attractions of Holiday Valley Resort with year round activities and the village Ellicottville with great nightlife. Surrounded by nature, it's the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of adventure. Cozy up to the wood stove in winter after skiing or walk the woods in summer and toast marshmallows on the huge fire pit. *Note: outhouse and porty potty, no shower*

Welcome to Deer Run Cabin. A comfortable two bedroom cabin set on three acres of beautiful wooded land situated just outside the town of Ellicottville. The cabin is a three minute drive to Hollimont Ski Club, four minutes into the town of Ellicottville, and a five minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Club.
