Ballard Greenwood Private Suite

We warmly welcome ALL to Seattle. Inclusivity practiced here. Private one-bedroom suite with a luxurious bath and a private entrance with parking. Includes kitchenette, Wifi, flat screen TV, streaming TV system, and guidebook to local attractions. Love people but cautious of germs. Room is carefully cleaned before every guest and is stocked with sanitizing products. A Winix Air Purifier with regularly-changed HEPA filters maximizes the quality of room air.

Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

A wall of windows lets the sun shine in on your cozy private room. Private bathroom complete with heated floors and tub (+shower). Kitchen equipped with coffee/tea, plates, silverware, cups, sink, microwave and mini-fridge. There is a table and chairs to work/eat. We follow all the updated cleaning protocols. We are both fully vaccinated and require all guests to be, too.
