It's small, but very well made, with oak flooring & worktops, mini-kitchen (2-ring hob, oven/microwave, fridge, small freezer, toaster, kettle), lovely wet room with walk-in shower, separate toilet & sink, Miele washing machine, patio with view of the countryside. Superfast BT broadband is available. Quality single bed by Ikea.
