Sleep to the sound of your private waterfall in this cabin made for two. 12 miles from Ithaca and central to all that the Fingerlakes has to offer, less than one mile from the only National Forest in New York State, a 15 minute drive to either Seneca or Cayuga lakes, Waterfalls and of course the renowned wine trails. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! 3 Valley View Barn Top Floor

Consider staying at a barn for a unique experience. New babies born March 25, 24. Visit with the goats morning and night or visit them in the field. Watch them out the window in the morning or take your coffee outside on the deck. Living in the barn with all the conveniences of home. Full Amish kitchen with all appliances. Comfortable queen size bed. Amazing view in all seasons. We also have 3 rescue barn cats that will often greet you at arrival. Farm eggs for sale.

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + Netflix, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).
