This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. It is 5 minutes to downtown TC and within 15-20 to the Old Mission and Leelanau Peninsula wineries! The home is located directly on West Grand Traverse Bay. It has 3 bedrooms, and will sleep 6 comfortably. The expansive deck has breathtaking views of power island. It has ample outdoor patio furniture and a fireable to create ambiance. Below is an amazing beachfront entertainment area with 2 TV's, an outdoor bathroom.

West Bay Getaway - Family gathering space

Come stay in a our spacious home just north of Traverse City on the famous M-22. This beautiful home is across the street from the bay and minutes away from downtown Traverse City. The house has high speed Wifi and cable with two televisions. There are two functioning, well-stocked kitchens and plenty of room to spread out. The house is situated on a large lot where you can have a bonfire in the backyard in summer, and in the winter there is plenty of room for snow play. STR license #2-23-64

We are located 5 miles NW of downtown Traverse City, nestled in the middle of wine country (the closest winery is 4 minutes away (Brengman Brothers), the TART trail is a block away, we are just minutes from Grand Traverse Bay Beaches, and about 25 minutes to Fishtown or Sleeping Bear Dunes.

It has a private propane grill just off the deck, a full kitchen, and bathroom with a step-in shower. Available year-round, guests can also enjoy the shared fire pit perfect for unforgettable evenings under the stars.

It’s a country setting yet very close to Down Town TC and to explore Leealanu County. Private hot tub off the rear deck house is great for relaxing. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, Very quiet and peaceful but still very close to downtown. Tart bike trail is across the drive. By bike on the paved bike trail Downtown is 4 miles, and to beautiful Suttons bay is 12 miles. Amazing babbling Creek in the back yard with a fire pit that includes fire wood.

Come along on our daily tours, where you may gather fresh eggs for your breakfast and help feed the hens. My house is the first house north of Cherrybend on the bay side. My place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining, parks, art and culture, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the people. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. I am on premise and available to answer any questions. I live in the main house.
