Timberwood Tiny Home is a place to rest your head & heart in Efland, North Carolina. The peaceful retreat is down a country road approximately 10-minutes from downtown Hillsborough. The 200 square foot tiny home is on a private corner of 8-acres shared with our main house. It features Scandinavian-style details, two beds, a spacious porch, abundant natural light, a wood-fired hot tub, barrel sauna, cold plunge, and more. There are features of the home that may make it unsuitable for children.

Our home is a great central location situated between Chapel Hill and Greensboro and minutes from hiking and kayaking locations on the Haw River. Amelia Farms; Relaxing Retreat on 30+ Acres

This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage is nestled amidst a canopy of oak trees, offering peace and tranquility. **Please note:** The pasture is currently empty. We are pet-friendly (with a fee; some restrictions apply. Please see below for details). The property features a ¾-mile wooded trail winding past century-old barns and through a mature hardwood forest. Enjoy easy access to Greensboro, Burlington, Liberty, Asheboro, High Point, and the new Toyota megasite.

The Garden Cottage

The Garden Cottage is centrally located in the Piedmont area of NC, being only 5 miles from Elon University, within 5 miles to most of Burlington area shopping and restaurants, 1.5 miles to I-85/40, 15 miles to Greensboro, 28 miles to High Point and 37 miles to Chapel Hill. Minutes from restaurants/shopping, this cozy cottage sits in front of a working goat farm while maintaining a private entrance/yard. Handicapped friendly, incl. paved drive, wide doorways, zero entry shower, no stairs. Modern amenities. 16x80 Dog Run.
