Ageing gracefully with a few cracks here and there, this apartment is perfectly located near Ormond Rd's strip of boutique shops and cafes, and the beach is just down the end of the block (a 15- 20 minute walk). Air con is in all rooms to keep comfy.

Take a movie at the Classic Cinema or the train into Melbourne. Or you can take advantage of the undercover off-street parking.
