The house is in the exclusive private eco estate - Cathkin Estate, bordering the uKhahlamba Drakensberg Park World Heritage Site. The estate exceeds 1,000 hectares, with an abundance of free roaming wildlife (zebra, eland, wildebeest, oribi etc) and a host of birds and flora. A dreamy location for any nature lover!

Valley View is an 8 sleeper self catering home, overlooking neighbouring farmland. A perfect place to relax and undwind. Situated on the outskirts of the Nottingham Road village off the Lower Loteni Road, it's conveniently close to a number of Meander wedding venues, spas, coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and golf clubs. Ideal for families visiting nearby schools eg Clifton Prep, Michaelhouse et al. A great base from which to explore the Midlands and Drakensberg. Solar system during loadshedding.

Coldstream Cottage

Set on a 20hectare property on the banks of the Mooi River, Coldstream Cottage is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy the beautiful views on the verandah, stroll down to the river or have an early morning run. The cottage is an architect designed, open plan, one bedroom unit with partly open plan bathroom. A charming , spacious, house in the secure Gowrie Village in Nottingham Rd. Cosy in winter with a wood burner in the lounge and another in the kitchen. It overlooks a field, is peaceful and quiet and yet close to the coffee shops and eating places. A home away from home we offer comfort. The house has a separate bed sit attached , rented separately , with its own entrance. There is no entrance from the house. A cosy separate unit is offered.

It is a well equipped 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house that can sleep up to 8 people with the option of splitting the beds. There is an indoor braai area. Fireplace, Satellite TV and WiFi. Only 2kms off the N3, we are easily accessible and very easy to find. We are a working farm, so there will be ‘farm noise’ about and general day-to-day goings on!
