A wonderful home nestled on a quiet street. Boasting 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a bonus room, the house can easily sleep up to 8 comfortably. Plenty of outdoor space including 4 decks, and a fenced in yard. Less than three houses down from the beach and 3 houses down from the sound, everything you need is within a easy walking distance of the home. Including places to eat and drink. Located center of the island, it is an easy drive to the aquarium, recreational activities, and shopping plazas.

Charming beach cottage blocks from the beach!

Recently remodeled!! Thanks for looking at my beach cottage! The house is only 4 blocks to the ocean and located right behind the lake where you will find a sidewalk around the lake for easy beach access. There is a farmers market around the lake every Saturday in the summer! This is a great house in an excellent location perfect for families and those that want to bring their fur babies. The backyard is large and fenced in. Fur babies are welcome with a one time $50 pet fee. No cats.

Bamboo Bungalow * 1 BR Suite with Private Entrance

This guest suite consists of one bedroom (King bed) and a full bath. The private entrance is located on the front porch and the space is closed off from rest of the home. Space does not include a living room or kitchen. but there is a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, comfortable sitting space, and a large porch to relax. There is also an air purifier in the room- with HEPA filtration, removing 99.9 of all particles in the air. The space is the size of an average hotel room.

Coastal Carolina Cottage

Come enjoy our slice of heaven, the Coastal Carolina Cottage. This chic space offers an updated, open living area which is perfect for gathering. Our space also includes a spacious fenced in yard and lovely patio. The cottage is nestled in Vista Cay Village. We are centrally located near Emerald Isle, Hammocks Beach State Park, Camp Lejeune, Croatan National Forest, and historic downtown Swansboro. Lastly, we are a veteran owned and operated business. Fishing paradise and breathtaking sunrise and moonlight from your private hottub on the back deck. Tandem kayak and small jon boat included. You can fish, kayak, or wade from the back yard! We've caught drum, flounder, shrimp, etc. Master has a king nectar bed and an amazing view of the water from the picture windows. 3 miles to beach, 13 miles to Aquarium, & 13 miles to Camp Lejeune. The road is close but once you exit your vehicle, you feel like you are in your own lil paradise.

When staying at the Carriage House, the beach and Wilmingtons' attractions are yours for the taking. The Carriage House is located in the Princess Place Neighborhood, next to Burnt Mill Creek -a bird watchers paradise. It is 1.5 miles to Downtown Wilmington and the Riverwalk and 7 miles to the Beach. I have crafted the Carriage House from reclaimed materials. Enjoy the guest hot tub and fire table. Snowbirds and travel nomads know that Wilmington is wonderful year round!
