Outdoor shower to rinse toes and shells, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs, and a fully equipped kitchen. We provide linens, including beach towels. One bedroom has a private sink. Regrettably, no pets are allowed.

A mile dirt road takes you off the beaten path & a private setting on the end of a dirt lane with only a few other fishing cottages. You will love the peace & quiet & refreshing breezes. Enjoy sunrises/sunsets from the pier! Access to kayaks, canoe & 2 paddleboards. Enjoy the ospreys dive bomb for fish, an occasional dolphin, & other birdlife.

Our Oceanfront Oasis at Indian Beach is a newly renovated ocean view luxury condominium, located at Colony by the Sea in Indian Beach. Enjoy the privacy of an end unit, a comfortable private balcony, while you gaze at the beauty of the Atlantic ocean. This unit is oceanfront on the first floor, just steps from the beach. We’ve rehabbed a 1959 fishing cottage, 2 bed, 2 bath surrounded by glass w/ kitchen and living facing the water.
