Open kitchen, dining/living room, woodstove, tile floors 2 bedrooms; larger with queen, smaller 2 twin beds, 2 sofa beds in living room. 2 new bathrooms, laundry room, picnic table, BBQ, access to Sinking creek, 9 acre lake to fish & 400 acre farm to explore! Secluded Stone Cabin w/ Wood-Fired Hot Tub

Peaceful retreat to unplug and unwind. This off‑the‑grid experience has no electricity or flushing toilets, we do provide the essentials: running hot water, an outhouse, and propane lighting. Stay includes access to a handcrafted, wood‑fired hot. (Tub is still under construction. Landscaping and some final details are not finished.) Four-wheel-drive, or high-profile two-wheel drive vehicles are needed to get to the cabin. We must greet guests at arrival to show you how to use the propane lights.

The expansive, romantically lighted, wrap-around deck provides a panoramic view of the St. Francis River where you can immerse yourself in the hot tub.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin with a stay in the country or have a quiet, romantic getaway in a central area to explore Springs, Current and Jacks Fork Rivers, search for the Wild Horses or just relax and listen to the night sounds and look at the stars! A great location for whitetail deer and turkey hunting public lands of Missouri! 3 miles up the road is Robin’s Roost Cabin. The Ranch House cabin (2020)at Old Desperado Ranch has a rustic western cowboy theme. The stone fireplace (electric) was hand made with local rocks from the creeks and rivers. The two bedroom cabin is very spacious and is equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Just bring your food! The cabin is dog friendly, see pet policy. Windy’s Will pick you up for your float from your cabin. Be sure to check our other cabins- bunk house, tiny house. Trailrides available by reservation.

The Lodge in Eminence

"The Lodge" is a cozy log cabin located in the woods right outside of Eminence, just a half mile from the Jacks Fork river. The cabin has a fireplace to warm up the chilly evenings. There is a 7 person spa in the back yard where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surrounding woodlands. The cabin is located in the Eminence Cottages and Camp campground with access to the giftshop and Wifi. Rent a kayak or canoe from a local outfitter and hit the river for a day of fun!
