Guests can explore our unique vintage salvage gallery, enjoy friendly farm animals including chickens, goats, and rabbits, and wander scenic walking paths. With an abundance of birds and butterflies, it’s a relaxing up-north nature retreat.

LUXARY HOT TUB INSTALLED JULY 2025. Upright piano and ukulele. House = approx. 2,800 sq. ft. You must let us know if you would like to bring 1 dog or an 8th person. Enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage on the deck while catching peeks of the bay through the tree line. While you're relaxing let your pets run and play in the huge fenced-in yard (additional $75 fee for pets applies).

Gorgeous Getaway! 2 Queens/2 Fold-up twins.

We have played off the beautiful water colors of the bay in our decor. Like our other unit next door, we have included everything we can to make sure our guests are taken care of and feel right at home. We have 2 queen beds and 2 single fold up beds. We do accept dogs ($25 flat fee) but certain breeds are not allowed and no cats. This is a manufactured home in a manufactured home community. The unit has been completely remodeled and is magical! You will love it!

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home is surrounded by trees in the the Charlevoix Country Club community. It is just 3 miles from downtown Charlevoix. There are 3 beaches within 3 miles of the home. Nubs Knob and the Boyne resorts are within 30 minutes. The home was recently remodeled and is fully equipped. The home does have well water. The small faucet at the kitchen sink provides pure RO water for drinking and cooking.
