Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

There is plenty of off-street parking. Chichester and Langstone Harbours are an attractive 15 minute walk. Come and relax and take advantage of the many amenities the local area has to offer.

Located in the heart of the beautiful coastal town of Emsworth, Number 22 is a lovingly renovated, luxurious coach house apartment. The Little Gaff is a self contained cabin, located in an 'area of outstanding natural beauty' near the picturesque, harbour town of Emsworth. This beautiful harbourside village has many bars and restaurants and is surrounded by stunning countryside and wildlife. Little Gaff is situated in private grounds, on a secluded road, which provides secure accommodation and private parking. The cabin is raised up above road level, allowing spectacular, uninterrupted views across open marshes.

The annex has its own driveway and self check-in is via a key box. The Garden Rooms are located in the pretty downland village of West Ashling. There are three local pubs & a restaurant, all within walking distance.

The Cabin replaced our old tumbledown sheds. It is completely separate from the main dwelling and has far reaching views to the South Downs. There is one Super King bed in the main area (which can be separated into two single beds) and in the mezzanine, there are two single beds which can be pushed together to become a double. Goodwood (Racing), Midhurst (Polo), Chichester (theatre), South Downs Way (walking / mountain biking) are all within easy reach.
