Studio/Cabin with en-suite shower and toilet, kitchen with microwave, fridge, small oven, toaster, kettle, cups and plates provided. Freeview TV, bed linen and towels heating and hot water included. Off road parking with own access to studio, a two minute walk to beach, local shops and Hayling Island beach. Would suit walkers and cyclists to explore the area. Dog allowed. No smoking. A new 5 foot pullout sofa bed has now replaced the old 4 foot bed for a more comfortable, sleeping experience.

The Piggery, Henley Hill

The Piggery is a beautiful self- contained, detached converted Piggery set in landscaped gardens as part of Verdley Edge and nestled between Cowdray woodland and the stunning South Downs. With walks from the doorstep and an award winning country pub ‘The Duke of Cumberland’ in walking distance, this is perfect retreat from busy lives. After 6 years superhosting over 500 guests The Piggery has just received a full renovation for 2024 and is looking extra lovely, we can’t wait to welcome you.

Twin beds which join to make a superking and small double sofabed in main room. Connected bedroom has double bed and shares the bathroom - great for family or close friends. Annexe has kitchen, shower room ensuite, TV, WiFi, dishwasher, fridge freezer washerdryer, hairdryer, ironing board & tennis court. Breakfast included. We welcome pets by prior arrangement.

On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

It has plenty of character with a fresh minimalistic decor and good quality beds and bedding. Newly available after a break, our lovely flat has been renovated and is ready for you to enjoy and since January 2026 it also has a brand new washing machine. It is a self contained flat built above our garage in the building that used to be the old Coach House. Set in a quiet location on the northern edge of the South Downs National Park it is well placed for walking, many local attractions, and the lovely town of Petersfield.
