This bespoke timber frame building was specifically designed for the holiday market.  Imagine a sumptuous high-end hotel suite glazed on two sides.  Then include a well-equipped fitted kitchen, add on an attached covered deck with semi sunken Hot Tub.  Place inside a private garden with tended lawn, climbing roses and wildflower area.  Throw in a handmade slate alfresco dining set and brick built charcoal grill.   Then raise it up to maximise the 180 degrees of uninterrupted country side views.

She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE ). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. Jellybean is a safe space for solo guests or couples to escape. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.
