The sand is a few steps from the apartment and the complex has a private access to the beach. The ideal place to escape from the routine and stress, enjoying one of the best sunrises of the island. Bungalow a 10 minutos caminando de Playa del Inglés en complejo tranquilo con piscina comunitaria. A 5 minutos caminando de centros comerciales como el Jumbo y otros. El bungalow tiene aparcamiento privado cubierto, terraza, jardín, ducha exterior, aire acondicionado, cocina completa, lavadora - secadora, televisión satélite, wifi y caja de seguridad. Se pueden quedar hasta 6 personas al disponer de sofá cama en el salón pero si son más de 4 personas hay que solicitar autorización previa.

The apartment is on the 8th floor of one of the tallest buildings in Playa del Inglés and offers a beautiful sea view. Since I also use it as a holiday and home-office space, it is furnished to a high standard with a good balance of storage and open space. My guests and I especially enjoy keeping the balcony door open in the morning to take in the view. Note: The building is centrally located and there is a road nearby – it can occasionally be heard when the balcony door is open.

Balcony whit a fantastic beach/sea view, pool and a big roof terrace with free sun beds. Sun on the private terrace from midday until early evening.

One bedroom, recently refurbished within walking distance to the dunes and beach. Ideal for walking, cycling, etc. Very welcoming. Great for couples.
