The apartment is located inside the Casas Sanblu complex, which has 6 total units that share a private gated parking that fits 8 cars. We provide invoice for corporate customers!

Really close to the best restaurants in town, surfing spots, breweries, supermarkets, gas station, tacos & everything you might need. 5 min driving to downtown and 20 min to valle de guadalupe.

There is a sleeping room with a full bathroom, a dining room and kitchen. Downstairs there is another living room and patio with a grill and bar. Private parking inside the property for one car.
