A furnished cozy house with 3 bedrooms (2 self-contained), a sitting room, study desk, kitchen and spacious veranda. It is place on a 1 acre enclosed compound with with grass, flowers and tropical trees. Playing opportunities for kids: badminton, balls, trees and above-the ground and a swimming pool.The compound is entirely surrounded by a perimeter wall with barbed wires, and has a secure metallic gate, with a small house for the property caretaker.
