Quiet and Fresh Private Space in Epsom

This guesthouse is located on the ground level of our house with separate entrance. There is a private lounge, bathroom and bedroom. It was newly built with heat pump / air conditioner during our house renovation. We are in a very central location - 10 minute drive from Auckland CBD and about 10 minute walk to Mt Eden Village and Auckland University Epsom. Here, there are plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes, as well as the main bus route from Mt Eden Village to the airport and the city.

Airport (20 min), Newmarket (15 min walk) with Westfield shopping, etc. Bus stop 2 min away; 20 min bus to city. Medical facilities close. Close enough to all Auckland attractions and yet enjoy the suburban quiet. Close to the Zoo, Eden Park, Western Springs Park and Stadium, Motat, Supermarket, Cafe's! Minutes drive from the city centre or quick bus ride (bus stop at end of the street). Lovely area, free fast Fibre WiFi Minutes walk to Grey Lynn and West Lynn boutique cafes, restaurants and clothing stores. Ample free street parking.

Mt Eden - Tranquil Loft Guesthouse

Quaint guesthouse with studio living incl a kitchenette, ensuite and off-street car parking. Located in a loft above our garage, with own private entrance separate from the main house. Set in private peaceful garden setting. Perfectly situated for the city and main transport routes - 5 min walk to Mt Eden village, 10 min drive to the CBD. Easy walk up Mt Eden in 20 mins.
