Hike up 20 minute to the South Downs Way and you are on top of the World! Sitting right at the foot of the South Downs with all its many walking trails, this cosy cottage is simple, but spacious with stunning views surrounding this tranquil West Sussex village. Easy access to Goodwood is an added bonus for those motor or horse racing fans. An array of pubs can be found within easy reach, alternatively have a night in and play boardgames by our wood burning stove. Dogs are absolutely welcome!

**Theres a loft extension going on next door.. it’s not too bad abs during work hours only. Enjoy the warmth & quiet of an open plan space with wood burning stove and HD smart tv. 5 mins walk to a cute up & coming village with some lovely independent shops, pubs & bars. The street is low/no traffic and is on top of a hill so feels quiet and safe. There are two stations nearby, one 5 mins walk & one 9 mins walk away. You can get to London Bridge in 8 mins or to Central London in 20 mins

It is full of gorgeous bespoke detailing, for example the entrance to the cabin is inspired by a sea cave in Cornwall. It's secret location is like another world, up on a bank above a winding stream in the dappled light of old oak trees. The air is full of bird song and deer run freely all around.

Otium Wine Estate's Hot Tub Retreat is an idyllic property set amongst 80 acres of vines, woodland, and fishing lakes. This is the perfect romantic retreat for those looking to escape to the country. This stylish home is filled with classic furniture pieces that enhance the 1930’s charm. 1930s joy continues with gated security, centrally controlled and heated (hot water on demand), manicured lawns and mature trees. Views of the London skyline (on a clear day) and much more! Will consider longer term stays.

A rustic cabin in the heart of the Sussex countryside. Tucked away up a long secluded track the cabin is in an ideal tranquil location over looking fields, woodland and a pond. Only 30 minutes from Gatwick and 2 -3 miles from the pleasant market town of Horsham. Guests can enjoy a retreat style atmosphere in this basic but adequately equipped dwelling.
