Anne's Place

Our place is conveniently located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just off the interstate - 10 minutes from Syracuse University, LeMoyne College, hospitals and downtown. It is just minutes away from Starbucks, Panera's, Wegmans and numerous other restaurants and shopping facilities. It is also very close to the Erie Canal trail (1/2 mile) for walking, jogging or biking. We have chosen to go with a farmhouse theme with our decor. We live next door and you will enjoy total privacy when you stay.

Bristol Creekside Cottage

Unwind at this romantic getaway nestled in the beautiful Bristol Hills, just minutes away from Bristol Ski Resort, Canandaigua and Honeoye Lakes. This unique 1 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage is one of our two homes on the property along the peacefully flowing Mill Creek. Take in the natural beauty from the large patio and hot tub. Inside, enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace, complimentary wifi and smartTV. The full kitchen and bathroom are well stocked with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

Single family detached home situated on a dead-end street limited to local traffic, this 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom year-round home will provide you with everything you need for your next getaway. The house is perfect for 2 couples or a family of four. Bonus room above the boathouse with a pull out sofa.

The Creek House Private Home & Scenic Grounds

The Creek House: a fully renovated 1 bdrm, 1 bath home with a full modern kitchen and large new deck situated right next to a year round babbling brook. The creek is 15 feet from the foot of the deck stairs; its sounds lull guests to sleep each night. Frogs, salamanders, crayfish, and all manner of forest life abound. The stream meanders through the mixed park like and wooded parcel ending at a 25’ wide 6’ high waterfall. Antique clawfoot tub. Water may have a sulfur smell (see below).

Step back in time in time as you enter the first-floor George Washington Suite in this 1790 historic home in Baldwinsville, NY. Period furniture blended with modern amenities provide for a luxurious stay. Park directly outside your suite and private front entrance.
