Our quiet family hunting lodge is situated on 29 picturesque acres of beautiful, rural, upstate NY farmland. The cabin is uniquely built with high ceilings and is filled with antique farm equipment & taxidermy animals. We have a pond full of fish, nature trails, wildlife, gardens and the sunsets, rises and stars are incomparable. Hot tub, volleyball court, pool table, darts, board games and MORE for you to enjoy. In winter you are minutes away from Bristol mountain ski resort and Hunt hollow ski resort. For cross country skiing there is Cummings nature centre down the road. This property is in a prime area with lakes to kayak or fish on, many hiking trails including Grimes Glen, and the wine routes and arts and crafts the finger lakes are known for. 2 nights minimum

This space has its own entrance/key and is attached but separate from the main house. Apartment has outstanding Western waterfront views and sunsets. Space is appropriate for 1-3 people and there is parking for 1 car. Guests have their own private apartment but shared outside amenities including patio, firepit, playset, yard, grill, kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, and dock seasonally May-September. We offer an open concept efficiency apartment on the first floor with full kitchen, full bathroom, 2 beds (1 King, 1 full), TV and wifi, sitting and dining area, all with direct access to the lake. We have a whole house generator in case of a power outage.
