Welcome to Larkinville! A lively but quaint neighborhood with walkable restaurants, shops, breweries and is pretty much 20 minuets from everywhere in Buffalo and our surrounding suburbs. Unit 1 is located on the 1st floor of a 2 story, 5 unit apartment building sitting on a corner lot. Guests get 1 off street parking spot and access to the shared side yard. This brand new suite is truly in the middle of everything; situated between the Landmark and the War Memorial, a block from the Onondaga Courts, the Hotel Syracuse, across from the Galleries and TCG Player, a block from the Equitable Towers and 2 blocks from the Salt City Market and Syracuse.com. Other notable destinations include two blocks from the MOST and Armory Square and one mile to Syracuse University. The apartment has granite counters, tiled bathroom, washer & dryer and an office area.

In the Buffalo Niagara Region ( UB North Campus, Niagara Wine Trail, Erie Canal Bike Trail, Six Flags Darien Lake) Lovely, rural farm setting with private parking, private entrance, wifi and full kitchen. A pleasant retreat with alpacas for neighbors! No smoking inside or outside on our private property. 3 night minimum applies to Fall months only.

This spacious waterfront loft comfortably acomodates a group of 4 people. The loft features 1 large bedroom with one queen and one full bed, a large living space with a day bed, one bathroom with a corner shower and a bathtub, and an equipped kitchen. This unique loft faces the Cayuga Seneca Canal. There is a common sitting area on the porch, just outside the loft, where you can savor a glass of local wine while enjoying the view of the canal and the National Women's Hall of Fame.

Perfect for a romantic get away or longer stay. Unlike most hosts, we don’t charge a cleaning fee which makes our nightly price very reasonable and competitive. We have a hi-speed (220/240) Tesla charging station and blazing fast high speed fiber optic internet.
